Orecchiette don’t need a machine, are perfect with rustic sauces and allow you to really enjoy a fully authentic Italian experience. Hugo will lead you through the dough making so everyone gets to try their hand and then make two sauces. Enjoy the fruits of your own labour with a glass of wine.
