In the mix is a rather large vegetable garden in Co Sligo, a lifetime of family meals and an excitement about following the seasons. 

Our room is anchored by a large zinc counter which you can sit at. It’s where we prepare everything. The dual-aspect room is flooded with light which bounces off a rather delicious pink wall. We have wild flowers on the tables and a team very focused on making sure you have a lovely relaxed time.
